Location: McKenney Hills
Montgomery County Public Schools is seeking a Para educator Level I to support students with special needs in a general education setting. This 4.5-hour position includes 3.5 hours in class and 1 hour for lunch/recess support, with duties aligned to IEP goals.
The role requires an Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and experience with instructional strategies, behavior management, and communication with students and staff. Salary ranges from $24.38 to $36.67 per hour.
