Adjunct Positions in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, and Marketing

Organization's Summary Statement:
Resumes are currently being accepted for adjunct positions in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, and Marketing in the Department of Business, Management and Accounting. We are looking for experienced professionals who would like the opportunity to share their knowledge and skills. These part-time positions report directly to the Department Chair and will involve teaching one to three undergraduate courses per semester in the candidate's area of expertise, as well as engaging in departmental activities.

Salary: $3,189.00 – $3,417.53 per course, unless the low-enrollment compensation policy applies.

Responsibilities
  • Teaching one to three undergraduate courses per semester in the candidate's area of expertise.
  • Advise and mentor students.
  • Engage in departmental activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

A master's or doctoral degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a closely related field.

Physical Demands:
May require extended periods of standing, bending, stooping, sitting  require lifting. Requires communication with a variety of constituents externally and internally. Requires operation of a variety of office equipment.

Preferences:
Professional certifications, such as a CPA for Accounting applicants. Experience teaching at the college level.
