Lacrosse Instructor (After School) – Baltimore City, MD

BBA After school Inc. is hiring enthusiastic and dependable After-School Lacrosse Instructors to lead fun, engaging lacrosse enrichment programs for elementary-aged students at schools throughout Baltimore City
.

• Part-time, after-school position
• Monday through Friday
• Between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM
• 1.5-hour sessions
• $37.50 per session ($25 per hour)
• No lesson planning required
• Curriculum and equipment provided

• Teach fundamental stick skills, passing, catching, shooting, teamwork, and sportsmanship
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Supervise groups of approximately 15-25 students
• Encourage participation, confidence, and skill development
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership

• Lacrosse playing or coaching experience is preferred but not required
• Experience working with children is a plus
• Comfortable working with students in grades K-5
• Reliable transportation to schools throughout Baltimore City
• Dependable and punctual
• Must successfully complete the required Baltimore City Public Schools background check and fingerprinting process
