Lead Teacher – Preschool Classroom

Requirements for Lead Teacher:

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
• 45 hours Child Growth & Development
• 45 hours Preschool Curriculum (required for ages 2–5)
• 45 hours Infant–Toddler Certificate (required for ages 6 weeks–24 months)
• At least 1 year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare facility OR 30 college credits
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of child development (social, emotional, intellectual)
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, dance, walk, run, reach, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Preferred:
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
