Class sizes begin with five students, expanding to nine or ten, and you’ll collaborate with paraprofessionals daily.

The classroom operates under the PEALS framework—Program for Emotional & Academic Learning Support. You will design dynamic curriculum, closely monitor student progress, and update IEPs in alignment with student needs. Different intervention programs are implemented, such as Read 180, iSPIRE, the Bridges Program, and Orton-Gillingham strategies; your role will adapt these tools according to each student’s profile.
