Location: Emmitsburg
Mount St. Mary’s University is seeking a full-time MBA Program Director and faculty member to lead the MBA program, advise students, and oversee operations for concentrations, certificates, and the BS/BA‑to‑MBA 4+1 pathway.
The role includes a 12-credit teaching load and collaboration with Admissions, Athletics, and other offices to support student success. A master’s degree in business or related field is required and prior higher education experience is preferred.
