Sign-on Bonus: $1,500 (payable after 90 days of employment)
DescriptionThe Construction Electronics Technician is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and performing board‑level repairs on construction and survey GPS equipment. The technician ensures all new equipment is fully functional prior to deployment, including software configuration and firmware installation. The role also provides front‑line customer support, manages equipment logistics, and assists walk‑in and phone customers.
Requirements- Familiarity with GPS, surveying, or construction technology equipment (preferred)
- Ability to install and configure firmware and software
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Basic computer skills for tracking, documentation, and software loading
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced technical environment
- Good troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
- Proficiency with MS‑Office products
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self‑directed and well organized with ability to prioritize workload
- Excellent driving record
