One Energy is seeking a Solar Performance Engineer, O&M to oversee operation and maintenance performance across our solar assets. You will report to the Associate Director, O&M and collaborate with Systems, Operations, Accounting, Engineering and Asset Management.
Responsibilities include leading performance analyses, managing vendor relationships, and refining reporting tools to improve asset performance. Occasional travel and a proactive, accountable attitude are essential.
