and Experience
- Structural analysis, design, and detailing for a variety of commercial and industrial projects
- Design of steel, concrete, and masonry structures for commercial, institutional, federal, and industrial facilities (new and existing construction)
- Experience with light‑gage steel and timber design (preferred)
- Strong ability to interpret and review technical drawings and specifications
- Leadership of structural design team efforts
- Project management with responsibility for budget and schedule control
- Collaboration with architects, owners, and contractors to deliver coordinated, high‑quality structural construction documents
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical skills
- Maintenance of positive working relationships with internal teams and external clients
- Accredited degree in civil, structural, or architectural engineering
- Professional Engineering (PE) license
- 10+ years of experience as a structural engineer
- Proficiency in structural engineering - Ground up new design/ repair design/ structural investigation
- Familiarity with architectural engineering disciplines
- Can manage projects from start to finish
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational, marketing, and business development skills
- Valid driver's license
- Over 45 years in operation

- Approximate Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
- Final compensation determined by qualifications and relevant experience
- Paid overtime at 1.0× the hourly rate
