Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of telecommunications infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate field operations and personnel.
- Perform detailed field surveys.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide training and support to field staff.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during field operations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project completion.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and field operations.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salary: $45,000 to $60,000 per year.
