Our client, an industry leader in electrical solutions, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the project execution team supporting the successful delivery of complex projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Shift:
** M-F 7am-4pm (ONSITE)

** What's the Job?*
* + Lead projects through the entire lifecycle, from initial sales handoff to final site integration.

+ Conduct regular risk assessments and develop contingency plans to ensure project timelines and budgets are maintained.

+ Monitor project health metrics, including margin retention and on-time delivery, to ensure operational excellence.

+ Review sales contracts against engineering capabilities to validate scope and technical feasibility.

+ Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless project execution and quality standards.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management, or a related field.

+ 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, oil & gas, or industrial construction project management preferred.

+ Proficiency in scheduling software such as MS Project and a working understanding of electrical schematics or AutoCAD.

+ Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate complex customer negotiations.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface at all organizational levels.
