AVIAN is seeking an Assistant Program Manager Test and Evaluation (Senior) / Lead Test Engineer for the PMA-280/Tomahawk program, a U.S. Navy surface and subsurface long‑range precision strike standoff weapon system. The role involves supporting program management and project management, planning, scheduling, and test & evaluation functions for the Tomahawk weapon system. The employee will perform duties independently and collaboratively with geographically diverse test teams.

• Support program management or project management services in planning and scheduling.
• Identify and support appropriate types of depth of testing required for the active phase of projects.
• Travel and work with geographically diverse test teams.
• Communicate and work with test teams.
• Participate in additional acquisition/test and evaluation functions as necessary.
• Write Test and Evaluation Management Plans and Master Test & Evaluation Strategy.
• Provide T&E technical advice.
• Hold Test Plan Working Groups including WIPT and TPWG as needed.
• Participate in program technical reviews, deficiency reviews, system verification reviews, and other technical reviews.
• Support technical studies, analyses, and planning to refine test verification methods and approaches.

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field.
• 10+ years of experience (with a Master’s Degree substituting 2 years of work experience).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret/Upgradeable to Top Secret Department of Defense security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Required Experience

• Previous APMT&E experience.
• Tomahawk and/or weapons experience is a plus.

Salary range: $150,000-$180,000 (based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal parity).
