  • Perform design analysis, verification, and validation activities to ensure compliance with system requirements.
  • Develop PCB layouts and design documentation using Altium Designer.
  • Apply advanced high-speed digital design techniques, including signal integrity and power integrity considerations.
  • Ensure designs comply with IPC standards and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams including systems, RF, mechanical, and manufacturing engineering.
  • Support prototype builds, testing, troubleshooting, and production transition activities.
  • Mentor junior engineers and PCB designers while promoting engineering excellence and best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Extensive experience in mixed‑signal and high‑speed digital hardware design.
  • Strong expertise with Altium Designer (eCAD).
  • In‑depth knowledge of IPC PCB standards and PCB design methodologies.
  • Experience designing printed wiring assemblies for aerospace, defense, satellite, or spaceborne applications.
  • Strong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, timing analysis, and high‑speed digital design techniques.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
