Position: Operations Research Analyst SME with Security Clearance
Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground

Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD Clearance required :
Active Secret clearance required, with eligibility to upgrade to TS / SCI. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Manage a single system acquisition program / project or major functional area, responsibilities to include:
* Establishing objectives and requirements.
* Developing budgets.
* Developing program / project standards and schedules.
* Monitoring outside resources.
* Coordinating, reviewing, and supervising work of assigned staff.
* Reviewing / overseeing preparation of all related documentation.
* Conducting program reviews, meetings, etc. Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
* High school diploma / GED + 10 years relevant experience OR
* Military experience E6 and up.
* Able to work independently under general guidelines or objectives.
* Possess advanced technical and managerial skills; fully knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of a program or functional area. Applicable functional areas include:
* Systems engineering
* Network engineering
* Acquisition management
* Business process reengineering
* Specialty engineering (e.g., communications, systems safety, quality assurance, test and evaluation, human factors, reliability and maintainability, systems security, etc.)
* Organizational planning
* Financial management
* Acquisition logistics
* Configuration and data information systems
* Support or program management.
* Fully knowledgeable of all aspects of the program or programs under management.
