Project Administrator (Construction - Office Engineer)
This position is responsible for the document management of a project to include preconstruction, construction and post construction support. Management of information, data entry, contract deliverable tracking, decision and issue tracking, and resolution and document control.
Duties and Responsibilities- Ensure the flow of paperwork and information is maintained throughout the project team and provide the construction daily/monthly reports to the project manager and COR. Log, route, and manage the suspense of all submittals, Request for Information (RFIs), changes, estimates, and daily QA and Safety Reports.
- Ensure all documentation received is logged in and distributed within 48 hours.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date electronic copies.
- Keep accurate databases to include.
- Maintain all electronic documents on a network shared drive.
- Ensure contractor is meeting submittal deliverable requirements per the specifications and their submittal register is accurate and updated real time.
- Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience.
- A minimum of 4 years’ typical document management and database experience. Prefer experience managing submittals, Request for Information (RFIs), and project documentation systems.
- Strong Microsoft Suite skills (tracking logs, dashboards, reporting)
- High attention to detail (this is critical) and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- As a condition of employment, it will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.
It is mandatory that all Contractor personnel working onsite at federal facilities meet federal government security clearance standards. Minimum investigation at a Public Trust level required.

Salary$70,000 – $95,000/year
