OverviewPerform professional engineering and scientific work involving chemical processes utilized by industries and scientific technologies to produce products and systems. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance, and review or guide activities of more junior employees.

• Work independently with guidance and supervise junior staff.
- 1+ years of experience in a chemical industry or government role
- Experience in chemistry
- Knowledge of energetic materials
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
- 3+ years of experience in an industry or government role
- Experience with material processing
- Experience in energetic formulations
- Knowledge of weapon systems
- Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry

Secret clearance is required.
