As our biotech client continues to expand their Antibody Engineering group, we are seeking an outstanding Computational Antibody Engineer. This position will offer you the opportunity to create and develop a computational group. You will work alongside a team of distinguished scientists. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a computational platform for protein and antibody engineering.
• Lead a technical team in protein design and engineering.
• Create processes for protein structure determination using AI and other methods.
• Develop pipelines for protein docking and antibody mapping.
• Analyze and incorporate data for protein interaction optimization.
• Evaluate experimental data for design improvements.
• Provide input on department strategies and lead teams towards project goals.
• Present findings and recommendations for project advancement.

Essential Qualifications:

• MS or PhD in relevant field.
• Publications in protein prediction or design and stellar publication record.
• Up-to-date knowledge in computational biochemistry.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience:

• Expertise in protein and antibody modeling.
• Experience with AI and machine learning is a plus.
• Successful contributions to therapeutic antibody programs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Additional Points:

This is a full time position, and the title can be Senior Scientist or Principal Scientist. Title and salary (including base plus annual bonus) are commensurate with experience, and relocation is provided.
