• Design and execute antibody discovery initiatives.
• Contribute to candidate therapeutic antibodies selection, optimization, and engineering.
• Design and execute projects including affinity maturation, therapeutic candidate humanization, and multi-specific antibodies development.
• Collaborate with team members to guide project development.
• Provide technical expertise to design experiments and ensure deliverables.
• Analyze and present data and recommend project advancements.

• PhD and expertise in antibody/protein engineering
• Stellar publication record in top journals, including Nature, mAbs, Immunology, Immunotherapy, etc.

• Early discovery experience including phage display, affinity maturation, antibody humanization, and antibody optimization.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Graph Pad Prism, and advanced statistics.
• Excellent communication skills.

This is a full time position and the title can be Senior Scientist and Principal Scientist. Title and salary (including base plus annual bonus) are commensurate with experience, and relocation is provided.
