We need an experienced Drive Systems Project Engineer to join our growing custom engineered systems team. We have many years of experience both in manufacturing our own programmable controls, drives and touch screens and in building custom systems of all sizes and levels of complexity. The position is located in our Stevensville, Maryland facility and is responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines involved in projects.

• Provide complete detailed design and documentation for custom engineered control systems
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
• Ensure on specification, on time, on budget

• BS or higher degree in Electrical Engineering
• Proven working experience as a drives & controls project engineer
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Familiarity with UL and NEC rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
• Ability to quickly understand machine and process concepts
• Project management and supervision skills
• Decision making ability and leadership skills
• Time management and organization skills

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer for our line of drive.web distributed control products – programmable controllers, temperature controllers, remote I/O and touch screens.

Applicants must have an Electrical, Mechanical or Controls Engineering degree or graduate degree and at least three years of experience selling high‑end PLCs or process controllers or engineered drive systems. A proven track record in selling in the PLC and process controller market, together with an appreciation of how our innovative distributed control technologies provide a unique advantage in the controls market is essential.
