In this role, you'll be at the cutting edge of innovation, driving the design, upgrade, and maintenance of these critical systems.

We are seeking Design Engineers in Baltimore/Forrest Hill, MD. This role involves local travel for occasional site visits and fieldwork, as well as office visits. Candidates should be located near an ENTRUST office and be willing to work in the office when requested. In this role you will leverage your technical expertise to ensure designs meet project specifications. You will communicate challenges related to scope, schedule, and quality, and collaborate with Designers and Drafters to complete design packages.

In this role, you are enabled to be at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and utilizing tools such as Microsoft Copilot, bespoke AI workflow tools, and an IT team dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation to enhance our operations and drive efficiency. All employees can engage with the Digital Transformation Team to support the integration of new tools and follow employee ideas to drive success for the business.

• This position pays between $71K and $74K annually and is an exempt position. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans, HSA or FSA medical accounts, and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.

• Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, or any engineering major.
• Located near a Baltimore or Forrest Hills, MD ENTRUST office and willing to work a combination of from home and in the office as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license without restrictions for occasional fieldwork and site visits.

• EIT certification.
• Mechanical or Civil engineering major.
