Location: Hanover
Advantage Technical is seeking an experienced Design Drafter for a temporary contract in Hanover, MD with a hybrid schedule. You’ll create and maintain 3D models and drawings in Solid Works, delivering manufacturing‑ready documentation that adheres to GD&T and military standards.
Work with engineers, vendors, and customers to resolve design challenges and support fabrication and production processes. 7–10 years CAD experience and Solid Works certification preferred.
