Associate Director, Facilities & Metrology. 100% on-site. Shift: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm. Catalent supports development programs, launches, and full life-cycle supply for pharma, biotech, and consumer health customers with services across development sciences, delivery technologies, and multi-modality manufacturing.
The Associate Director, Facilities & Metrology will support the manufacturing and process development organizations by developing and implementing preventive maintenance, on-demand maintenance, and engineering best practices to achieve robust, sustainable, integrated manufacturing processes across Catalent Maryland Facilities (Harmans, Bio Park, Montgomery, Stoney Run). This role aims to improve department KPIs across Quality, Reliability, Process Capability, Cost, and Environmental Health and Safety.
The role partners with third-party facilities support providers and collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement site changes and support 24/7 site operations to plan. The role also supports capital projects, ensures compliance with cGMP requirements, and may provide oversight in the absence of Sr Director, Engineering, Facilities, and Equipment Validation.
