- Design HVAC, hydronic, plumbing, medical and process gas systems.
- Chiller and heating system plant design
- Air handling system design and psychrometric analysis
- Equipment controls development, including sequences of operation, points lists, and system control diagrams
- Heating and cooling load calculations, with software such as Trace 700
- Duties include all aspects of design development including site surveys, design drawings, and specification writing, and a variety construction phase services including construction administration. There are opportunities for career growth in this position.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required and must be a US citizen
