• 10-12 years of relevant experience
• Ability to provide military aviation expertise to support joint training, test, and evaluation activities
• Ability to coordinate manned and unmanned aviation, ISR, C2, fires, and multi-domain capabilities into test events and exercises
• Must be a U.S. citizen

• Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher
• Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study.

• Serve as an Operations SME and Joint Forces Planner, providing military aviation expertise to support joint training, test, and evaluation activities
• Develop and integrate operationally realistic scenarios, mission profiles, CONOPS, and training objectives representative of joint and contested environments
• Coordinate manned/unmanned aviation, ISR, C2, fires, and multi-domain capabilities into test events and exercises
• Support test planning, mission execution, data collection, and operational assessment to evaluate system capabilities and mission effectiveness
• Identify capability gaps, operational risks, and lessons learned, translating results into actionable recommendations for tactics, training, and future test requirements
