• providing system engineering direction and technical leadership to engineers, technicians, and it professionals;
• implementing and managing the execution of rapid integration projects involving of command, control, communications, computer and combat intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (c5isr) systems, computer networks, it systems and related a/v and electronic systems;
• leading technical innovation and organizational change to adapt with industry growth in technology;
• coordinating with strategic leaders and tactical partners in addition to industry to develop immediate and future solutions for the warfighter;
• providing technical engineering mentorship and project management direction to subordinates and other professionals.
