As an Air-to-Air Modeling & Simulation Analyst you will…

• Analyze the effectiveness and employment of airborne systems operating in complex environments using tools such as AFSIM.
• Develop, evaluate, and analyze tactics and concepts of employment for ground breaking technologies such as air platforms, sensors, countermeasures, and weapons including manned-unmanned vehicles.
• Work with a team of analysts who will benefit from your experience, and senior engineers with whom you will guide the direction of analysis.
• Have the opportunity to present your work through briefings to both technical specialists and pivotal decision makers.
• Have opportunities to engage in independent research projects that encourage creative solutions and reward independent initiative.

You will meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you…

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related area.
• Have demonstrated excellence in conducting mission-level modeling, simulation, & analysis in the air-to-air domain with tools such as AFSIM or Brawler.
• Are skilled in conducting quantitative analysis, rapidly learning new and exciting concepts.
• Have strong scripting and programming skills with any of the following languages:
  Python, MATLAB, C/C++, or JAVA.
• Can work effectively in a highly collaborative environment and communicate sophisticated ideas directly with government civilians, military officers, and other contractors.
• Are able to obtain the associated required Special Access Program (SAP) level access.
• Are able to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by your start date and can ultimately obtain a Top Secret level clearance. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.

• Have a Master’s or PhD degree in a technical field listed above.
• Have demonstrated excellence leading a team performing mission-level modeling, simulation & analysis.
• Have an active Top-Secret security clearance.

$245,000 Annually
