Exciting opportunity to work at Ocean Downs Casino, located near Ocean City, MD. This is a part-time, year-round position with an excellent compensation package including paid sick time, paid vacation time, and 401k options. • Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining environment with flawless service excellence.
• Greets and seats guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Assists serving guests as needed.
• Maintains excellent guest service skills and awareness of restaurant operations.
• Relays guest compliments and complaints to Food & Beverage Management.
• Promotes outstanding customer relations.
• Promotes honesty and trust among the team.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Prior restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position.
• Ability to comprehend, retain and execute written, verbal, and demonstrated directions and guidance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and management.
• Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency as required of all Gaming Establishment employees.

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.

• Must be able to sit, walk, or stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
