Exciting opportunity to work at Ocean Downs Casino only 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches and boardwalk of Ocean City, MD. This full‑time, year‑round position offers an excellent compensation package including medical, paid sick time, paid vacation time, paid personal time, holiday pay and 401(k) options. • Creates and ensures a fun‑filled, entertaining, and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
• Prepares food as directed by the Chef or Sous Chef to the specifications of recipes and standards.
• Able to perform related duties in any station or outlet assigned.
• Fully versed in fast food and short‑order cooking methods.
• Ensures that the working area is clean and sanitary in accordance with Local, State, and Federal Health Department codes.
• Promotes outstanding customer relations.
• Promotes honesty and trust among the team.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Ability to read, write, speak, understand, or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position.
• Ability to consistently comprehend, retain and execute written, verbal, and demonstrated directions, explanations, and guidance.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co‑workers, and management.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. One (1) to three (3) years of related experience. Serv Safe certification preferred.

• Must be able to lift twenty (20) pounds without difficulty, repeatedly.
• Must be able to sit, walk, or stand for extended periods of time without difficulty.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and keep a license issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all gaming establishment employees.
