Exciting opportunity to work at Ocean Downs Casino. Join a team focused on delivering entertainment and excellent guest service. The pay for this position is $15.00 / hour.

• Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining environment with service excellence.
• Data entry of player information in the player rating system.
• Maintain working knowledge of the player rating system.
• Handle customer problems and report incidents to the Players Club Manager.
• Check guests' ratings through the player rating system.
• Promote outstanding customer relations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• 1 to 3 years in Marketing and Public Relations preferred.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform the job.
• Ability to understand, retain, and execute written, verbal, and demonstrated directions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers, and management.

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred

• Must be able to sit, walk, or stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and keep a license issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming Establishment employees.
