MGM Resorts - - Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and act as a goodwill ambassador to guests;
Meet monthly/quarterly goals in theoretical win dictated by Slot Marketing Director;
Educate and train hosted players on upcoming tournaments, promotions, and events; answer hosted players questions by phone, email, or in person;
Prepare, maintain and submit monthly slot and pit expense and comp reports;
Identify and generate new member sign-ups to increase carded play
