Position Title

Facilities & Operations Coordinator

• Assist in coordinating and executing all home athletic contests and special events
• Serve as one of the liaisons for game-day operations, including coordination of officials, teams, media, security, parking, and emergency services for specific sports
• Learn the processes and set‑ups for video boards, scoreboards, game clocks, audio systems, and replay systems
• Assist in overseeing crowd management, security operations, and emergency preparedness for all events
• Assist with hosting responsibilities for conference and NCAA events
• Assist and support external events such as receptions, banquets, camps and clinics
• Complete facility walkthroughs and keep track of maintenance projects
• Assist with inventory and organization of team equipment and apparel
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Have an interest in athletics, facilities, and/or event management
• Be reliable, punctual, and have good communication skills
• Self‑motivated, yet able to work in a team environment
• Must be responsible and accountable
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time

Part time – $7,000 salary;
Start date – August 1;
Tuition remission benefits.

Position includes office hours, athletic events, and non‑athletic events. Some night, holiday, and weekend commitments will be required.
