Marriott Hotels - 201 Waterfront Street - Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating the operation of all Special Events or Leisure Experience activities (ICE!, Best of Florida Christmas, Summer Fest, etc.).;
Check the status of operation, lighting, AV, cleanliness, and correct any aesthetic deficiencies.;
Assist with training to support the direction of Special Events Manager and Assistant Managers and monitor training for all Special Events employees.;
Learn and operate software systems used in events (ticketing, retail, inventory, space usage, etc.).;
Resolve financial and inventory discrepancies.
