Works collaboratively with the faculty in the Department of Music to ensure maximum efficiencies within the department.

All student professional swill assist with seasonal tasks and assignments.

• Assist the Department of Music with office-related functions such as photocopying, program creation, locker management, instrument inventory, etc.
• Acquisition, filing, sorting, distribution of choral and orchestral music
• Assist with music department events such as recitals, concerts, and Music Fest

• Must be a currently enrolledWAU student registered for at least 12 credits
• Must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0
• Member of Columbia Collegiate Chorale, Pro Musica, or NEYE
• Intermediate ability with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to read music, preferable with piano skills
• Familiarity with notation software such as Sibelius, Finale, Noteflight, etc.
• Must be available on weekends and evenings
