Responsibilities include:

• Managing relationships with affluent clients and other customers in the branch, providing advice-based banking services.
• Partnering with specialists to connect clients to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Promoting self-service options for clients to access their accounts conveniently 24/7.
• Adhering to all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

• At least 1 year of experience in branch banking or financial services, with success in client acquisition, relationship cultivation, and revenue generation.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

• Excellent communication skills.
• College degree or military experience.
• Experience working with affluent clients.
