What You'll Do

As the Senior Grants Accountant, you will be the financial backbone of our VTC grants portfolio. You will

* Oversee the full lifecycle of grant accounting for federal, state, and private awards

* Build accurate grant setups that reflect budgets, timelines, and compliance requirements

* Monitor spending and trends to ensure funds are used responsibly and strategically

* Prepare billings, reimbursement requests, and financial reports that tell a clear and accurate story

* Maintain audit ready documentation and support Single Audit and SEFA preparation

* Serve as a trusted partner to program leadership, helping them understand financial requirements and make informed decisions

* Strengthen internal controls and contribute to process improvements that elevate our grants management practices
