• The Manager of Finance, in collaboration with operational leadership, plays a pivotal role in driving the performance, growth, and overall financial health of an assigned site of service or service line.
• This role involves providing financial education and leadership to managers and directors, fostering ownership of financial goals.
• The Manager of Finance contributes expertise to the planning of new services and identifies opportunities within current expense structures.
• Acts as a key decision-maker for position requests, productivity/staffing changes, and service level adjustments, serving as a strategic advisor to leadership in planning for service line growth and financial sustainability.

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required. MBA preferred.
• 3 years of experience in financial analysis required.
• 2 years of experience in a Healthcare environment, experience with financial reporting preferred.
