Summary

The Chief Financial Officer position requires oversight and insight into banking and accounting. Oversight and support of all trust, bookkeeping, and accounting transactions. The position also requires budgeting, forecasting, and working directly with the marketing department and the director of operations. In‑house auditing of financial documents and dual reconciliation of accounting are also required.

Experience and Skills Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, cooperative, respectful of colleagues, and a team player
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
