Automotive F&I Manager; Experienced

Sheehy Auto Stores seeks an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team. The role focuses on delivering superior customer service, closing finance deals, and maximizing earnings for both customers and the dealership.

• Contract new business, sell finance products, and close deals
• Generate finance income on all sold customers
• Check and verify paperwork for cash, finance, or loan transactions
• Contract or collect all money at closing
• Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals
• Maintain knowledge of lease programs and lender options
• Assist in obtaining approvals from lenders
• Understand all product and rate options offered by lenders
• Solicit extended warranty and add‑on sales
• Handle cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, and insurance

• Minimum 1 year of automotive finance experience (preferred 2+ years)
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred
• Strong skills in structuring profitable finance deals
• Knowledge of title laws and registration process
• Professional appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to pass background, motor vehicle record, and drug test
• Valid driver's license

• Annual earning potential $175,000–$230,000
• Bi‑weekly salary plus monthly commission
