What You’ll Do
As a Relationship Banker, you deliver financial education to our members and communities. You consult with members about their banking needs, review current banking relationships, follow up on business loans, and strategize to help members save for significant life milestones. You may speak at community events about financial literacy or SECU offerings, and you may volunteer at SECU events, earning up to 12 hours paid time off per quarter.
You will build emotional connections, nurture diverse and inclusive relationships, promote financial literacy, the credit union movement, and our talent brand, and increase member loyalty through empathy, compassion, and authentic knowledge of SECU banking products and services.
What We’re Looking ForConsultative sales experience in the financial or banking industry, with a proven record of building customer loyalty and expanding financial literacy and well‑being.
Demonstrated ability to achieve goals through strong familiarity with retail banking products and services.
What You’ll GetOur total rewards package for employees working 20+ hours per week includes:
- Hourly pay based on experience and qualification.
- Member Advisor I / Relationship Banker I: $21.35 – $32.02 per hour.
- Member Advisor II / Relationship Banker II: $24.62 – $39.42 per hour.
