Job Summary
As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will begin by obtaining Securities Industry licenses (Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7, and Series 66). Once licensed, you will learn foundational skills to advise clients on their financial picture and help them live their best financial lives. You will work in a financial center delivering Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions and client care.
Responsibilities- Obtain and maintain federal securities licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and meet registration requirements.
- Acquire, build, and manage client relationships; assess clients’ financial needs and provide comprehensive advice.
- Deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence; recommend strategies to achieve financial goals.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to Bank of America and Merrill solutions.
- Develop a pipeline of client opportunities, manage referrals, and grow your business within a portfolio.
- Apply consultative approach to identify client needs and appropriate solutions.
- Ability to obtain required industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66).

- Holding FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
- Minimum one year of financial services or sales experience.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

- Hours per week: 40.
