Transactional Advisory Service Leader (Director & Up)
This is an opportunity to lead and grow a Transaction Advisory practice while advising clients through complex buy-side and sell-side transactions. You'll work closely with business owners, private equity firms, investors, and executive teams, helping them navigate critical financial decisions while playing a key role in expanding the practice and mentoring a growing team.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of public accounting or transaction advisory experience with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong experience with financial due diligence, quality of earnings, valuation, and financial modeling.
- Proven success leading transaction engagements and building client relationships.
- Experience developing business and cultivating referral networks.
- Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements.
- Advise clients on financial due diligence, quality of earnings, working capital, and transaction risks.
- Review financial models, analyze business performance, and deliver actionable insights.
- Mentor and develop analysts and associates.
- Build relationships with private equity firms, investment bankers, and other referral sources.
- Help grow the practice through business development and networking.
