Position Overview
As a Teller within PNC’s Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Emmitsburg, MD, delivering a unique customer experience that improves financial wellbeing and fosters loyalty. You will engage customers, educate them on product alternatives, identify banking opportunities, and refer as appropriate—all while maintaining a welcoming front‑line environment.
Job Description- Process a variety of customer interactions, providing accurate and efficient transactions.
- Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions and leveraging technology, tools, and resources.
- Identify opportunities through meaningful conversation and refer to branch staff as needed.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Maintain teller and branch daily operations, ensuring efficient completion of maintenance transactions.
- Customer Focused—understand and prioritize customer needs and satisfaction in all business decisions.
- Managing Risk—assess and manage risks associated with business objectives to support PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Base Salary: $33,000.00 – $55,000.00, with incentive eligibility based on company, business, and/or individual performance. Salaries may vary by location, market data, and individual skills and experience.
