Position Overview

As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banker organization, you will be based in Whiteford, Maryland. • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, service-to-sales transitions, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated experiences, lobby engagement, and education on technology, tools, and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems, driving satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrate sound judgment, and participate in efficient branch daily operations.

• Customer Focused – leverage customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in business decisions.
• Managing Risk – assess and manage risks to support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Roles at this level typically require an associate’s degree or equivalent education and at least 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge in banking. Equivalent combinations of education, certification, and experience may be considered.

Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. Salaries may vary by location, market data, skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible based on performance.
