• Associate’s Degree from accredited college

• At least 2 years of banking or related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience in banking, leadership, relationship building, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Passion for building relationships and driving business growth.
