Greet clients and manage lobby traffic using a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel client meetings;
Open new accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and digital banking tools (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs);
Build meaningful relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to achieve financial goals;
Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices and maintaining adherence to bank policies
