Project Control Manager with Security Clearance

________________________________________________________________________ This role will provide project controls, financial management, cost/schedule analysis, and programmatic support to ensure programs meet contractual, budgetary, and performance objectives. Responsibilities
* Manage project control activities supporting government programs and contracts.

* Develop and maintain budgets, funding profiles, forecasts, and financial plans.

* Track costs, commitments, funding, and expenditures against program budgets.

* Perform cost and schedule variance analysis and provide recommendations to program leadership.

* Develop and maintain EAC/ETC forecasts and support Earned Value Management (EVM) activities.

* Support Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), program milestones, and resource planning.

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial and programmatic reports.

* Monitor contract funding, deliverables, milestones, and contractual commitments.

* Support contract modifications, funding actions, program reviews, and audits.

* Coordinate with Program Management, Finance, Contracts, technical teams, and government stakeholders.

* Identify financial and programmatic risks and support mitigation efforts.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Program Management, or related field.

* 5+ years of project controls, program controls, financial management, or program management experience in government contracting.

* Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.

* Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.

* Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

* TS/SCI clearance w/ polygraph

* Experience supporting an MPO, DoD, or Intelligence Community program.

* Experience with EAC/ETC, IMS, and IBRs.

* Experience with Costpoint, Unanet, or similar financial systems.

* Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and government contract requirements.

* PMP or other relevant certification.
Clearance:
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
