Position Overview
As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Berlin, MD at the Ocean Pines Branch.

Responsibilities- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through a variety of proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement.
- Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions, leveraging ecosystem partnerships.
- Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
- Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed in an efficient and accurate manner.

Work Experience & Education

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $41,250.00 – $68,750.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
