• Build and manage your loan pipeline

• 1–2 years of mortgage or sales experience
• Active NMLS/MLO license or currently in the process of obtaining one
• Licensed in at least one eligible state, or actively working toward licensure
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
