Jarrettsville Federal Savings & Loan Association is seeking a customer-focused Universal Banker Team Lead to help deliver an outstanding branch experience. In this role, you will lead daily teller operations, support and coach team members, serve customers directly, and help ensure transactions, cash handling, and account servicing are completed accurately and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for an experienced banking professional who enjoys leadership, customer service, and branch operations.

• Lead day-to-day teller line operations, including workflow coordination, staff support, and service quality.
• Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and related services.
• Coach and support team members through scheduling, training, balancing assistance, and daily operational guidance.
• Manage branch cash operations, including teller cash needs, vault balancing, audits, ATM reconciliation, and security controls.
• Open, service, and maintain consumer and business deposit accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, and IRAs, while guiding customers through account options and documentation requirements.
• Resolve customer questions and service needs with professionalism, accuracy, and care.
• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate products and services to support relationship growth.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, internal controls, and required training.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of banking and teller experience required.
• Prior head teller, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced branch environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

This role is based in a branch environment and requires regular customer interaction, standing for periods of time, and attention to operational detail.
