Position: ASSISTANT with Security Clearance
Location: Indian Head

Duties Help
* You will work with assigned Staffing and Classification Specialist to provide staffing services to assigned customers.
* You will support coordination of on-boarding and maintain staffing case files such as recruitments, other personnel actions, and position descriptions.
* You will utilize references such as Office of Personnel Management, Demonstration Project guidance, Guide to Personnel Actions, Code of Federal Regulations to ensure personnel actions are in compliance with law, rule, and regulation.
* You will work with various customers to ensure actions are completed in a timely manner. Requirements Help Conditions of employment
* Must be a US Citizen.
* Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
* Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

* This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time. Qualifications FOR NG-03:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NG-02 (GS-05/06 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing Human Resources assistant work (e.g. applying Human Resource procedures, assisting with personnel actions, coordinating pre-employment activities) in support of an organization's personnel programs.

FOR NG-02:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NG-01 (GS-01/04 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing clerical functions in support of Human Resources for an organization.
